Big Cat Green Island Cruises will not be operating on 25th December 2024.
No responsibility will be accepted for loss of personal items while on tour. Guests are urged not to bring valuable items Please notify our reservations teams of any special dietary requirements upon booking.
A cancellation fee of 100% will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given prior to departure. Some services may be cancelled or modified as a result of weather/ tidal conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that Big Cat Green Island Cruises needs to cancel, the guest will be provided with an alternate day or travel, offered another Reef Unlimited product, or a full refund.
Snorkel Safari and Snorkel Experience are available on full day 9am & 11am services only Certain medical conditions and some medications may exclude individuals from participating from optional in-water activities Minimum age for Snorkel Safari & Snorkel Experience is 6 years. All children (4-14 years) are to be accompanied by a paying adult.
Inclusive in all marine cruise rates, the Environmental Management Charge is vitally important to the management of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and World Heritage Area.
